You may use the Belasea Services only as permitted by law. The licenses granted by Belasea terminate if you do not comply with these Conditions of Use or any Service Terms.
You may need your own Belasea account to use certain Belasea Services, and you may be required to be logged in to the account and have a valid payment method associated with it. If there is a problem charging your selected payment method, we may charge any other valid payment method associated with your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Belasea does sell products for children, but it sells them to adults, who can purchase with a credit card or other permitted payment method. If you are under 18, you may use the Belasea Services only with involvement of a parent or guardian. Parents and guardians may create profiles for teenagers in their Belasea Household. Belasea reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, terminate your rights to use Belasea Services, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in its sole discretion.
Belasea does not take title to returned items until the item arrives at our fulfillment center. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return. In this situation, Belasea does not take title to the refunded item. For more information about our returns and refunds, please see our Returns Center .
You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Belasea within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. During the holidays, items shipped by Belasea can be returned after the holidays. However, the cost associated with return will not be paid by the Belasea.
Pack your item securely, inserting any paperwork that was included when you requested your return from the Online Returns Center. If you don't have the original product packaging, use a sturdy box and include padding such as packing bubbles or newspaper. Attach your return label to the package.
Send your return product to the following address with a subject: Return products along with explanation.
Usually in about 2-3 weeks. Most refunds are fully refunded within 7 days after we receive and process your return. It can be either via Bank transfer or Bkash or customer can collect the cash from our following office address
Note: If we refund the money, the cost of bank transaction or Bkash will be paid by the customer.
Refund can be full or partial. It can be instant or it might take time till the products are return to us. Belasea will determine weather it will be instant return or will wait until the product is return to Belasea. Partial refund subject to the product condition and other related issue.
Belasea respects the intellectual property of others. If you believe that your intellectual property rights are being infringed, please follow our Notice and Procedure for Making Claims of Copyright Infringement.
All purchases of physical items from Belasea are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Belasea attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, Belasea does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of any Belasea Service is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Belasea itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
"List Price" means the suggested retail price of a product as provided by a manufacturer, supplier, or seller. We regularly check List Prices against prices recently found on Belasea and other retailers. Certain products may have a "Was Price" displayed, which is determined using recent price history of the product on Belasea.
With respect to items sold by Belasea, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If the correct price of an item sold by Belasea is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Other merchants may follow different policies in the event of a mispriced item.
We generally do not charge your credit card until after your order has entered the shipping process or, for digital products, until we make the digital product available to you.

Oversized and extremely heavy items will incur a special shipping surcharge.
The surcharge varies depending on the size and weight of the item. This charge will be displayed in the Shipping & Handling subtotal of the order form.
Some items may incur a sourcing fee to cover the expense of selling these items; we regret that we must occasionally pass these costs along to our customers. The sourcing fee, if applicable, will be listed along with the item's price on the product detail page
The Pre-order Price Guarantee applies to not-yet-released qualifying items
Belasea.com's price for not-yet-released items sometimes changes between the time the item is listed for sale and the time it is released and/or shipped.
Cash on Delivery: Inside Dhaka City Corporation we provide cash on delivery. Customer pay the product price and delivery charge to the delivery man.
Delivery outside Dhaka City Corporation: 200 taka Bkash and rest of the amount cash on delivery including the shipping cost. Bkash transaction cost is paid by the customer.
Sundarban Courier / SA Paribhan: If a customer wants the delivery via Sundarban Courier or SA Paribhan, the full payment including shipping cost must be paid via bkash. Bkash transaction cost is paid by the customer.
Delivery charge from our office to the customer are paid by the customer, which is subject to change by the weight of the product, types of product and delivery location. The delivery charge can change at any time and customer will be informed if it is changed after the order is made, however before the product is been shipped to the customer. In that case customer has the right to cancel the order if it is more than the estimated cost. If the cost of the delivery is less than the estimated cost, we will refund the rest of the amount (if estimated cost is more than actual amount: Estimated cost – Actual amount). We deliver the product via our third-party to our customer, in these cases sometimes the estimated time to reach and actual time might vary. In these cases, customer cannot file a case or complain against us or can not claim any refund as we do not ship the products to the customers. If the customer like to change the address after we dispatch the product from our office, in that case additional delivery changed will be applied to change the shipping address.

If you purchase any of the products or services offered by these businesses or individuals, you are purchasing directly from those third parties, not from Belasea. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating, and we do not warrant, the offerings of any of these businesses or individuals (including the content of their Web sites). Belasea does not assume any responsibility or liability for the actions, product, and content of all these and any other third parties. Any dispute or claim relating in any way to your use of any Belasea Service, or to any products or services sold or distributed by Belasea or through Belasea.com will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify. The Bangladesh Arbitration Act and Bangladesh arbitration law apply to this agreement.
There is no judge or jury in arbitration, and court review of an arbitration award is limited. However, an arbitrator can award on an individual basis the same damages and relief as a court (including Injunction and declaratory relief or statutory damages), and must follow the terms of these Conditions of Use as a court would.
To begin an arbitration proceeding, you must send a letter requesting arbitration and describing your claim to our office in Dhaka. The arbitration will be conducted by the Bangladesh Court according to the Arbitrator law.
Payment of all filing, administration and arbitrator fees will be governed by the Bangladesh Arbitrator law's rules. We will reimburse those fees for claims totaling less than BDT 10,000 unless the arbitrator determines the claims are frivolous. Likewise, Belasea will not seek attorneys' fees and costs in arbitration unless the arbitrator determines the claims are frivolous. You may choose to have the arbitration conducted by telephone, based on written submissions, or in person in the county where you live or at another mutually agreed location.
We each agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated or representative action. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration we each waive any right to a jury trial. We also both agree that you or we may bring suit in court to enjoin infringement or other misuse of intellectual property rights.
By using any Belasea Service, you agree that the Bangladeshl Arbitration Act, applicable Bangladesh government law, and the laws of the ICT, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Belasea.

We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, Service Terms, and these Conditions of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
